Brentwood area.
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
road closures.
Construction management services are required for the construction phase of the Marsh Creek Road Safety
Improvement Project.
Parsons was selected to provide these services after completing a request for qualifications solicitation from an
existing shortlist, and technical proposal review.
Public Works has successfully negotiated with Parsons to provide the construction management services.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Without Board of Supervisors’ approval, this CSA will not be in effect. A delay in the construction of the Marsh
Creek Road Safety Improvement Project will occur, ultimately delaying the completion of the project. Project delay
may also result in substantial additional project costs and jeopardize the funding.
