HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06242014 - C.74RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #25-054-17 with Community Technology Alliance, a non-profit corporation, effective June 10, 2014, to amend Contract #25-054-16, to increase the payment limit by $158,400, from $25,000 to a new payment limit of $183,400, and extend the term from June 30, 2014 through June 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 22% by Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development Funds (HUD) and 78% County Public Safety Realignment Funds. The County Health Services Department received authorization to integrate software for six (6) existing organizations utilizing Servicepoint software for fiscal year 2014 through 2015. This upgrade will allow for better utilization of information gathering and interpretation for use by the County’s Behavioral Health Services Division/Homeless. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #25-054-17 will allow the Contractor to provide additional software support and consultation services through June 30, 2015 CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, County will not receive extended resources for fiscal year 2014-2015 to support the additional HMIS transition to Servicepoint.
