Subject:Reappointment of Colette O'Keeffe M.D. to the District IV Consumer Seat on the Mental Health Commission
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
Commissioners are appointed by members of the County Board of Supervisors from each of the five districts for a
term of three years. Each district has a consumer of mental health services, family member and an at-large

reappoint her to an additional term.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Ms. O'Keeffe's current term would expire and the District IV Consumer Seat would become vacant.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
None.
