HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06172014 - C.97RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23-489-6 with Tango2, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $230,000, to provide professional consultation and technical assistance with regard to healthcare information technology systems for the period from June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, the Department will not have access to Contractor’s healthcare information technology systems expertise.
