ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/200 approving a substitute Subdivision Agreement for subdivision MS00-00003, for a
project being developed by Ony Homes, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District
II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The property has been sold and a new subdivision agreement is required.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement will not be in the name of the current owner, and the previous owner will not receive a
refund of the cash deposit.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
