HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06032014 - C.60RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No. 5069 to reduce appropriations and estimated revenue in the
amount of $24,489,461 in the 2011 Local Revenue Fund (115300) to reflect requirements of SB 1020 (Chapter 40,
Statutes of 2012).
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
This action reduces appropriations and estimated revenue in the cumulative amount of $24.5 million in budget units
0287, 0288, 0289, 0290 and 0293, which are already reflected in budget unit 0295 per SB 1020 (Chapter 40, Statutes
of 2012). These actions result in a net reduction to appropriations and estimated revenue in the amount of $24.5
million, but will have no impact on service delivery or operations. This adjustment will ensure that the 2013/14
budget reflects the most up to date information and receipts in various cost centers of the 2011 Local Revenue Fund.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Appropriations and estimated revenue in the 2011 Local Revenue Fund will not be consistent with the requirements
of SB 1020 (Chapter 40, Statutes of 2012).
