SUBJECT: Revenue Lease for a Portion of the Land at George Miller, Jr. Memorial Center,
3020 Grant Street, Concord, to the Contra Costa County Office of Education
Specific Request(s) or Recommendation(s) & Background & Justification
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease commencing July 1, 1986, with
Contra Costa County Office of Education for a portion of County's lands at 3020
Grant Street, Concord, on which is located Lessee's portable building number 4,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the Health Services budget.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: This is a lease renewal . The portable
is used by the Family Stress Head Start Program, a use compatible with County
programs at the George Miller, . Jr. Memorial Center.
