San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District (SRVFPD) acquired the property located at 1193 Danville Blvd., in
Alamo, known as Assessor’s Parcel number 198-132-017, in January 2006. The SRVFPD has determined that the
property will never be developed as a station site and has designated the land as surplus.
On March 13, 2014, the Alamo Municipal Advisory Council recommended that the County negotiate with the
SRVFPD to acquire the approximate .70-acre parcel located at the corner of Hemme Avenue and Danville
Boulevard adjacent to the Iron Horse Corridor in Alamo for future public use.
