HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05062014 - C.32RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #74-461-1 with Scott Turpin, M.D., a professional corporation, in an amount not to exceed $116,480, to provide professional outpatient psychiatric services for the period from May 1, 2014 through April 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Realignment. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On May 7, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-461 with Scott Turpin, M.D., for the provision of professional outpatient psychiatric services, for the period from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014. Approval of Contract #74-461-1 will allow Contractor to continue providing professional outpatient psychiatric services to mentally ill adults in the Conditional Release and Conservatorship Programs, through April 30, 2015.
