HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05062014 - C.07RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/144 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD13-09303, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD13-09303 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
