HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04292014 - C.62RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #27-633-10 with PerformRx, LLC, a limited liability company, effective April 30, 2014, to amend Contract #27-633-9, to increase the payment limit by $55,000,000, from $42,000,000, to a new payment limit of $97,000,000, and extend the term from April 30, 2014 through April 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan member premiums. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On April 9, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-633-9, with PerformRx, LLC for the provision of pharmacy administration services for the Contra Costa Health Plan, for the period from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.
