Subject:Amendment #26-641-13 with Advanced Medical Personnel Services, Inc.
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
the time of negotiations, the payment limit was based on target levels of utilization. However, the utilization during
the term of the agreement was higher than originally anticipated.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-13 will allow the Contractor to continue to provide additional
temporary professional therapist services through June 30, 2014.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this amendment is not approved, patients at CCRMC requiring temporary professional therapists will not have
access to Contractor’s services, which may cause a reduction in the levels of service to the community.

Not applicable.
