HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04292014 - C.22RECOMMENDATION(S): Health Services Department (0450)/Fleet ISF (0064): APPROVE Appropriation and Revenue Adjustment No. 5065 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $20,000 from Public Health Senior Nutrition Program to General Services - ISF Fleet Services (0064) for the purchase of a replacement vehicle for the Senior Nutrition Program. FISCAL IMPACT: This action increases appropriations in General Services - Fleet Services (0063) and reduces appropriations in Public Health Senior Nutrition Program (0450) by $20,000. The replacement vehicle purchase will be fully funded with Senior Nutrition Program funds. BACKGROUND: The Senior Nutrition Program provides nutritious meals to elderly residents in Contra Costa County through the Meals on Wheels program. The Senior Nutrition program previously utilized a 2008 Ford Ranger for the meal delivery service however the vehicle was recently destroyed in a fire so a replacement vehicle is needed.
