Mason Coleman, M.D., Inc., a professional corporation, in an amount not to exceed $975,000 for the provision of professional radiology services for patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers (CCRMC), for the period from April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. No rate increase. BACKGROUND: On April 5, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-517-2 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #26-517-3 and #26-517-4) with R. Approval of Contract #26-517-5 will allow the Contractor to continue to provide professional radiology services at CCRMC, through March 31, 2017. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, patients requiring professional radiology services at CCRMC will not have access to Contractor’s professional services, which may result in a reduction in the levels of service to the community.
