HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04222014 - C.76RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #24-628-14 with Nancy E. Ebbert, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $299,880, to provide professional outpatient psychiatric services to adult patients, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Services Act. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: For a number of years the County has contracted with Medical, Dental and Mental Health Specialists to provide specialized professional services, which are not otherwise available. On June 4, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #24-628-13 with Nancy E. Ebbert, M.D, for the provision of professional outpatient psychiatric services for the Intensive Early Psychosis Intervention (First Hope) Program, for the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
