ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/119 approving the seventh extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision
SD89-07267, for a project being developed by Morgan Capital Investment Properties/Lafayette – King Drive
Associates, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed. The applicant is currently working with Planning and the Fire
District on permit approval.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
