HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04222014 - C.07RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/118 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS09-00011, for a project being developed by NRG Energy, Inc. (formerly known as GenOn Delta, LLC [formerly Mirant Delta, LLC]), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Antioch area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed. (100% of the work has been completed to date.) An extension is necessary during the one-year warranty period. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted and the bonds will not be kept current. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
