Project Number 4660-6X4170 AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute said Right of Way Contract for Temporary Construction Easement on behalf of Contra Costa County (County). APPROVE payment of $14,500 for said property rights payable by the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) to AU Energy, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company to be forwarded to the Real Estate Division for delivery. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% CCTA Funds. BACKGROUND: AU Energy has requested that the County indemnify AU Energy during the County’s use of Temporary Construction Easement (TCE). The TCE is required for the I-80/San Pablo Dam Road Interchange Project-Phase 1 in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
