ACCEPT the following report from the Finance Committee regarding the status of the Real Estate Asset
Management Plan for 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Real Estate Asset Management Plan (RAMP) was adopted by the Board of Supervisors in 2009, and annual
reports of RAMP activities and accomplishments have been made to the Board since that time. This report provides a
status of RAMP activities for calendar year 2013, including the status of Facilities Life-Cycle Investment Program
projects. The report also discusses the 13 objectives identified in the RAMP policy, funding appropriations, a
potential master planning effort, as well as highlighting projects completed in 2013 as part of the Facilities
Life-Cycle Investment Program (FLIP).
The report given to the Finance Committee with all attachments is attached to this report.
