Contra Costa Community College Dist. - Bond Measure Livermore Valley Joint Unified School Dist. - Parcel Tax Measure City of Orinda - Bond Measure City of San Pablo - Transaction & Sales Tax Measure Kensington Police Protection & Community Service Dist. - Bond Measure West Contra Costa Unified School Dist. - Bond Measure FISCAL IMPACT: There is no direct cost to the County. Any additional costs incurred by the Elections Division will be recovered by billing the participating jurisdictions. Canciamilla, Clerk-Recorder Date:April 1, 2014 Contra Costa County Subject:Approve Consolidation Requets for June 3, 2014 Statewide Primary Election BACKGROUND: Our records indicate that Resolutions requesting consolidation have been filed by the above-noted agencies with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Granting the requests will allow the County Elections Division to conduct the election for the above mentioned jurisdictions as a consolidated election. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Not approving the requests could increase the cost to those jurisdictions for conducting separate elections. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
