Maloney, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $118,321, to provide Demolition Services for the I80/San Pablo Dam Rd. Interchange Improvement Project, San Pablo area. (Project No. 4660-6X4170) FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) Funds BACKGROUND: On behalf of CCTA, the County acquired residential improvements identified as 3160 and 3168 Rollingwood Drive in San Pablo as part of Right of Way requirements for the I80/San Pablo Dam Rd. Interchange Improvements Project. The County is in the process of preparing both sites for pre-construction utility work that is scheduled to begin May 15, 2014. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the contract is not approved by the Board of Supervisors, the improvements will not be demolished in time for pre-construction utility work to begin.
