Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#24-713 with Said Ali Ibrahimi, M.D. a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $300,800, to provide
professional pediatric outpatient psychiatric services at West and Central County’s Mental Health Clinics for the
period from April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 50% Federal Financial Participation, 50% by Mental Health Realignment.
BACKGROUND:
For a number of years the County has contracted with Medical, Dental and Mental Health Specialists to provide
specialized professional services, which are not otherwise available.
Under Contract #24-713 the Contractor will provide professional pediatric outpatient psychiatric services at West and
Central County’s Mental Health Clinics through March 31, 2015.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this contract is not approved, County’s clients will not have access to Contractor’s professional pediatric outpatient
