The board approved the agreement on July 9, 2013. On December 17, 2013, the Board approved an amendment to accept additional funding from the State to operate this program. The State routinely amends these types of contracts as more funding becomes available and as school calendars are finalized. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If not approved, County will not receive funding to operate these childcare programs.
