FISCAL IMPACT: 45% State, 45% Federal, 10% County BACKGROUND: High energy efficient lamps were installed at the facility at 151 Linus Pauling in Hercules. The total cost of the project was $63,544. Air District will reimburse the County for $43,993. The balance of $19,551 represents the Department's share of cost of the project. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Appropriations will not be properly allocated.
