Employment and Human Services Department (0501): APPROVE Appropriation Adjustment No. 5052 and
AUTHORIZE the transfer of $19,551 from Employment and Human Services (0501) to Plant Acquisition (0111) for
high energy efficient lamps at 151 Linus Pauling in Hercules.
FISCAL IMPACT:
45% State, 45% Federal, 10% County
BACKGROUND:
High energy efficient lamps were installed at the facility at 151 Linus Pauling in Hercules. The total cost of the
project was $63,544. Air District will reimburse the County for $43,993. The balance of $19,551 represents the
Department's share of cost of the project.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Appropriations will not be properly allocated.
