ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/82 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way
Landscaping) for subdivision SD04-08700, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell
Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty
Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed; approximately 100% of the work has been completed to date. The
developer has requested additional time; granting an extension keeps the bonding current.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted; and the bonds cannot be kept current.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
