ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/81 approving the second extension of the Road Improvement Agreement for
RA06-01225 (cross-reference SD05-08943), for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell
Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Road Improvement Agreement needs to be renewed (approximately 100% of the work has been completed to
date). The developer has requested additional time. Granting an extension keeps the bonding current.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Road Improvement Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted and the bonds cannot be kept
current.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
