Garaventa, $85,000.00 M. Farley Contract executor #72036 Estate of Joseph Grant Deed 1/03/86 M. Farley Payment is for .92 acres including small residence required for Upper Pine Creek project. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue a check to the payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said document recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. 1 hereby certify tha:this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
