FISCAL IMPACT: None, this is a non-financial agreement. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this Contract is not approved, the Department would not have the ability to access database resources which help to provide effective clinical and operation management of healthcare services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers, required by federal regulations. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
