HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03112014 - C.45RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Risk Manager to execute a Contract Amendment Agreement with Environmental and Occupational Risk Management (EORM), effective December 1, 2013 to increase the total payment limit by $65,500 to a new payment limit of $595,800, to provide industrial hygiene monitoring services to the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center Pharmacy. FISCAL IMPACT: The increased costs of $65,500 will be funded by the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center Pharmacy. The Director of Contra Costa Regional Center (CCRMC) Pharmacy Services has requested EORM services to increase their environmental sampling frequency to ensure compliance with new pharmaceutical lab standards. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: CCRMC Pharmacy would not be able to ensure compliance with new standard USP 797 requirements. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None.
