The '''Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 6470 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision
Agreement with Oak Villas I Associates heretofore approved by this Board
in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens :in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Oak Road Widening as shown] and
dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6470 filed August
14, 1984, in Book 281 of Maps at page 14, Official Records of Contra Costa
County, State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County
Road.
BE I.T FURTHER RESOLVED that', the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 81881, dated July 31, 1984) made by Oak Villas I Associates be
RETAINED :;for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.40,6 of
the Ordinance Code.
