HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02042014 - C.47RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-657-5 with Amarjit Dosanjh, M.D., a self-employed individual, effective September 1, 2013, to amend Contract #26-657-3, to increase the payment limit by $24,300, from $900,000 to a new payment limit of $924,300, with no change in the original term of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-657-5 will allow the Contractor to provide additional professional plastic and hand surgery services at CCRMC through September 30, 2014. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, patients requiring professional plastic and hand surgery services at CCRMC will not have access to Contractor’s services, which may result in a reduction of the overall levels of service to the community.
