HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02042014 - C.31RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE the Lease with Jupiter Investments, LLC for a term beginning February 1, 2014 and ending January 31, 2016, for approximately 2,794 square feet of office space located at 2523 El Portal Drive, Suite 202, San Pablo, at a rent of $4,190 per month, as requested by the Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease. (WLP796) AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the Lease on behalf of Contra Costa County (County), and to exercise any options to renew the Lease term. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Health Services Department – Behavioral Health Division; AB 109 Realignment Funds. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department currently provides mental health services from another suite in this building and wants to expand its services by leasing this additional space. The cost of this expansion will be paid for by funds raised by AB 109.
