HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01142014 - C.46RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-795-2 with Cypress Women’s Cancer Treatment Center, A Medical Corporation, a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, to provide professional Gynecology Oncology services, for the period from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan member premiums. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In January 2012, the County Administrator approved and Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #27-795-1, with Cypress Women’s Cancer Treatment Center, A Medical Corporation, for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013, for the provision of Gynecology Oncology services. Approval of Contract #27-795-2 will allow Contractor to continue providing professional Gynecology Oncology services through December 31, 2015.
