HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01072014 - C.28RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Interagency Agreement #29-520-6 with the Pittsburg Unified School District, a government agency, to pay County an amount not to exceed $150,000, to provide professional mental health intervention services for certain Special Education students, for the period from September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this Interagency Agreement will result in a total payment to the County not to exceed $150,000. No County match required. BACKGROUND: Contra Costa Behavioral Health Services Division/Mental Health in collaboration with Lincoln Child Center and Pittsburg Unified School District will implement the Petite Academy Program to provide mental health services for the seriously emotionally disturbed youth and families who live in East County.
