Subject:Amendment #26-583-15 with Specialty Laboratories, Inc. (dba Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute of Valencia)
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
and Contra Costa Health Centers (CCRMC), for the period from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

professional outside clinical laboratory services at CCRMC through December 31, 2013.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this amendment is not approved, patients requiring professional outside clinical laboratory services will not have
access to Contractor’s services which may result in a reduction in the overall level of services to the community.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not Applicable.
