Subject:Amendment #72-026-4 with ISIS Healthcare Services, Inc.
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
30, 2014. The original payment limited was based on a target level of utilization, however, the utilization during the
term of the agreement was higher than originally expected. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #72-026-4
will allow the Contractor to provide additional hours of temporary professional pediatric physical and occupational
therapy services through June 30, 2014.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this amendment is not approved, patients requiring occupational and physical therapy services will not have access
to Contractor’s professional services, which may result in a reduction in the overall levels of service to the
community.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not Applicable.
