HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12172013 - C.09RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/469 approving the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for PA06-0039, Gale Ranch IV, Rancho San Ramon Community Park, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: PA06-0039, Gale Ranch IV, Rancho San Ramon Community Park, has been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meets all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be approved. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
