HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12102013 - C.59RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Risk Management, to execute a purchase order with Aon eSolutions, Inc. in the amount of $171,227.36 for the workers’ compensation and liability claims system annual software support for the period October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 as recommended by the Risk Management Director. FISCAL IMPACT: Costs are supported through Countywide Inter-departmental charges to the Internal Service Funds for workers’ compensation and general liability. BACKGROUND: Aon eSolutions is the sole provider of the iVOS Claims Management Software System which provides current and historical claims data for administration of claims, premium charges, actuarial analysis and identification of loss trends. The iVOS system is the copyrighted product of Aon eSolutions, Inc. which supplies the software, user licenses, software support, maintenance and application provider services used for our claims administration.
