APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director, or designee, to execute a contract with
Circlepoint in an amount not to exceed $124,990 for the preparation of the Environmental Impact Report for the
proposed Ball Estate subdivision in Alamo, for the period October 7, 2013 to September 30, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the General Fund. The cost for preparing the environmental impact report is charged to the project
applicant.
BACKGROUND:
The Department of Conservation and Development received an application from Camille Avenue, LLC and Camille
Ironwood Properties, LLC requesting approval of a Major Subdivision for the “Ball Estate” Residential Project. The
Department has determined that this project requires preparation of an Environmental Impact Report and the
Department will be the lead agency for the environmental review.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Department will be unable to complete the environmental review of a pending land development application.
