problems with the neighbors that they may have during construc-
tion.
R.W. Kimball , 3191 Diablo View Road, Lafayette, rep-
resenting the Diablo View Road Homeowners Association,

and buffering.

This department has reviewed the tentative map of Rezoning
Application 2588RZ, Pleasant Hill area . The following comments
are to be included as the Health Officer ' s conditions of approval
that must be met before the final map can be filed :
1 . Sewage disposal serving the properties concerned in this
Rezoning Application shall be provided by the Central Contra
Costa Sanitary District . Wherever possible each individual
living unit shall be served by a separate sewer connection.
The sewers located within the boundaries of the properties
concerned in this Rezoning Application should become
an integral part of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary
District ' s sewerage collection system.
2. Water supply serving the properties concerned shall be
by the East Bay Municipal Utility District . Such water
distribution system located within the boundaries of
the properties concerned in this Rezoning Application should
become an integral part of the East Bay Municipal Utility
District 's overall water distribution system. We strongly
recommend that each individual living unit be served
by a separate water connection. It is our opinion that
separate water connections would help prevent disruptions
in service to individual living units .
3 • Any deviations or changes affecting the concept of the Rezoning
Application on file with the Department of Health Services-
Environmental Health and dated December 28 , 1983 shall
be resubmitted for review to determine if such deviations
or changes for the Rezoning Application can be considered
acceptable to the Health Officer .
