HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01211986 - T.5 T.5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 21, 1986 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT : Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: None -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT : Reversion to Acerage, Subdivision 6622 This being the time for hearing the recommendation of the County Planning Commission with respect to the request of Riley-Bowers, Inc. (applicant) for approval of a tentative map for Subdivision 6622 to revert to acerage lots 1 through 99 , together with the streets, except Weldon- Street, of Subdivision 5696; and lots 96 and 97 and that portion of Connie Street extending southeast from Weldon Street of Subdivision 5695 , consisting of 13+ acres located on the north side of Willow Pass Road between Kevin Drive and Weldon Street in the West Pittsburg area; and Harvey Bragdon, Assistant Director of Community Development, appeared and advised that an application for reversion to acreage is exempt from the requirements of CEQA. He advised that the County Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions. The Chair declared the hearing open. No one appeared to testify and the Chair declared -the hearing closed. As recommended by Supervisor Torlakson, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED THAT the above application is approved subject to the con- ditions adopted by the County Planning Commission which are attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Board hereby adopts the Planning Commission' s findings as set forth in its Resolution No. 42-1985 as its determinations for this decision. i hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown. This approval is based upon the Tentative Map dated received by the Community Development Department, May 29, 1985, for reversion to acreage Lots 1 through 97 of Subdivision 5696 and Lots 96 and 97 of Subdivision 5695, together with the abandonment of contiguous streets of Becky Way, Becky Circle, Becky Court and Connie Street, but not including Weldon Street. 2. In accordance with Section 92-2.006 of the County Ordinance Code, this subdivision shall conforpn to the provisions of the County Subdivision Ordinance (Title 9). Any exceptions "therefrom must be specifically listed in this conditional approval statement. 3. The Weldon Street dedication shall remain in effect. 4. Prior to the County Surveyor certifying the map, any existing utilities or easements shall be resolved to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. BT:plp9rz 7/9/85
