ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/459 accepting completion of private improvements for subdivision SD 04-08830, for a
project developed by DeNova Homes, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, DeNova Homes, has completed the improvements per the private Subdivision Improvement
Agreement, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
