HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12032013 - C.29RECOMMENDATION(S):
CORRECT the term expiration dates for Seats 1 and 3 on the Contra Costa County Historical Landmarks
Advisory Committee (HLAC) to end August 12, 2014.
1.
DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to update the Board's Appointive List to reflect the correction.2.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Contra Costa County Historical Society nominates four of the five seats on the County's Historical Landmarks
Advisory Committee. On May 12, 2009 the Board of Supervisors approved Item C.22 which appointed Ashely
Ciaglo to Seat 1 and Webb Johnson to Seat 3 to four year terms. The term expiration date was mistakenly listed as
May 12, 2013. The correct term expiration is August 12, 2014. While reviewing the Maddy Book listing of seats and
expiration dates for the committee, it was determined that the termination dates for Seats 1 and 3 are listed incorrectly
and need to be changed to August 12, 2014.
