HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11052013 - C.72RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #72-023-1 with Carlos Tejada (dba Tamalpais Vending Company), a self-employed individual, to extend the term of the Contract from September 30, 2013 through October 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: None, there is no change in the Contract Payment Limit of $0. County receives 20% commission on total gross vending sales. BACKGROUND: On September 27, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #72-023 with Carlos Tejada (dba Tamalpais Vending Company), for the provision of healthy vending machine services, for the period from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2013.
