HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11052013 - C.69RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–528-1 with LePoint Project Management, LLC, a limited liability corporation, in an amount not to exceed $310,000 to provide consultation and technical assistance with regard to support of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the information Technology Unit of the Health Service Department, for the period from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: The Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise I funds. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On September 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-528 with LePoint Project Management, LLC for the provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Department with regard to the implementation of the EHR project, for the period from November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013. Approval of Contract #23-528-1 will allow contractor to continue to provide professional consultation services through October 31, 2014.
