Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#23-326-12 with Aspira Technologies, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $695,000, to provide
consultation and technical assistance to the Department’s Information Systems Unit for the period from December 1,
2013 through November 30, 2014.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
On January 8, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-326-11 with Aspira Technologies, Inc., for the
provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Department’s Information Systems Unit for the period from
December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013.
Approval of Contract #23-326-12 will allow Contractor to continue providing consultation and technical assistance
for the period
