(District V) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
