ACCEPT the resignation of David Thayer, DECLARE vacant the Medi-Cal Subscriber of CCHP seat on the
Managed Care Commission and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by the Health
Services Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
David Thayer has resigned his commission via phone call due to personal reasons and he is no longer a CCHP
Medi-Cal Subscriber.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Medi-Cal Subscribers of CCHP will not be adequately represented on the Managed Care Commission.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not Applicable.
