HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10152013 - C.09 (2)RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/403 releasing a Deficiency Bond for the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD 04-08905, for a project developed by Davidon Homes, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer completed the Right-of-Way Landscaping improvements as required, except for some minor deficiencies. A surety bond rider was taken as security for completion of said deficiencies. The deficiencies have now been corrected and the surety bond needs to be released. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The deficiencies will not be accepted as completed, and the developer’s surety bond rider will not be exonerated. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
