HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10222013 - C.07RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/402 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision MS 02-00002, for a project being developed by Lafayette Partners, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, El Sobrante area. (District I) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed as the improvements are not completed yet. (Approximately 0% of the work has been completed to date.) The developer has requested additional time to complete improvements. Granting an extension gives the developer an additional year to complete the improvements and keeps the bonding current.
